Mister COCO

Malaysia is situated in the equatorial zone. Many coconut trees have been planted on the land of Malaysia due to proper climate condition. Dating back to the 1950s and the 1960s, Malaysian families had known how to make various traditional cakes and pastries with coconuts. But the most evocative one lies in the coconut crisp. And when it comes to coconut crispy, memories reoccur to me. During the previous time, the old man often put some bottles of coconut crispy on the counter of the Nanyang café for the customers to choose for their afternoon tea. A piece of coconut crispy with a cup of espresso was the perfect match for the unique afternoon tea in the Nanyang café at that time.
